1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • Payment must be received before your order is shipped. We accept PayPal and Shopify Payments.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on delivery times and costs.
  • We currently ship only to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.


3. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery (see our Returns Policy for details).
  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

  • We strive to display accurate product information, but slight variations in colour or size may occur due to the handmade nature of our jewellery and differences in screen displays.
