We want you to love your jewellery, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons (unless faulty)
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

How to Request a Return

Please email info@luminacornwall.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return

We’ll reply with return instructions.

Returns sent without prior contact won’t be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
  • You must use a tracked shipping service for returns — we cannot accept responsibility for lost or untracked parcels
  • Any customs duties or taxes on returns are also the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t as expected, please contact us straight away so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If it’s been longer than 15 working days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please email us.
